Hospitality and Tourism in Northwest Tennessee

As Tennessee's number two industry, tourism generated a record $28.9 billion in domestic travel spending in 2022, marking the largest visitor spending nationally in Tennessee's history. Tourism helps drive economic development and job growth, which helped restore and grow livelihoods for Tennesseans. In this program, held in the new 91-room Lodge at Paris Landing State Park,  Sara Beth Urban, CEO of the Tennessee Hospitality & Tourism Association, will share tips and tricks she’s learned working with restaurants, hotels and lodging, CVBs and DMOs, and attractions on promoting and advocating for the hospitality and tourism industry. The program, sponsored by the Tennessee Hospitality & Tourism Association and Northwest Tennessee Tourism, is free for students and members of all three organizations. $10 for guests.
